I went to Tokyo last year, and damn is that a fashionable city. Tokyo girls will wear their heels riding their BIKE, that is how committed they are to their look. I have to say I was pretty envious, because I can barely walk in high heels most of the time, much less ride a bike. Plus they did it in skirts too, which I have definitely never managed to do gracefully. So anyway, this guy's outfit is pretty much rocking my world. I love how it is sort of a hyper stylized take on the school uniform he has to wear every day. Also if you're not checking out the blog JAPANESE STREETS (which is where I found this) yet, you definitely should.
